Help! My Nepenthes Leaves used to be firm, now they’re soft and yellowing. Planted in Sphagnum, perlite, and bark. I feel like I might be under watering because sometimes the top sphagnum is dry and I was told not to let it dry out! But other things say overwatering! Gah! Any advice!

Mine is planted in Sphagnum moss too I keep mine moist and I also don’t use city water on it. I use RO water or you could use distilled.

Maybe investigate the roots. Hopefully it’s not root rot

always use distilled water for carnivorous plants, and it’s definitely too dry, not too wet.

Also make sure you have good lighting

There are so many different things! I would find one online and check things off. For example- this is not any of the causes, or at least I don’t think so. Just giving an example. If some of the causes were root rot- over watering- under watering- wrong soil- or wrong water, you could check all of those things to make sure you have them correct. If you are left with one, correct it as soon as possible.
