I’ve never had a fern before this one. I’m in CO so it’s pretty dry so I must more and use one of those watering bulbs to keep the soil damp. It was doing rough now it’s doing great. Anyway… what are these strands growing off of it? Air roots? Thanks for anyone that knows!
I’m also in CO and my fern also is growing those strands. One even has fern fronds on it. I think it means it’s happy and growing well.

Yes, had fern for years. This is just a new fern frond.
