This was my hydrangea but it’s lost all leaves and looks dead. I do see some green at the base. Any thoughts on reviving it?

    Poor thing. I would try a scratch test. How long has it been in the pot?

      I have recently moved it to this pot adding compost and some leftover coffee pods as fertilizer. I even gave it some plant food but it doesn’t seem to like anything.

    Do you know what type of hydrangea you have? ..and did you happen to take a look at the root system when you repotted? Looking for white roots as a sign of hope. By this time of year you you would have sprouts indicating life. Have you tried a scratch test? Gently scratch at the base of the stem to see if any green flesh appears.
