Recently gifted this snake plant from a neighbor who was moving. It needs help. I think the leaves are curled and brown on edges from under watering. Any recommendations to assist in bringing this back to life? I repotted it today as the original pot was cracked and plant leaning over to one side. I added very minimal fresh soil.

Are you sure it’s under watered? Snake plants are succulents and don’t need very much water at all. I water mine about once every six weeks.

I have I snake planet as well indirect lighting really heals keep down the brown edges and it might need a bigger pot w/ some fertilizer but other than that they are low maintenance and have a weekly watering schedule.

no thank you so much! I think maybe too much sun was the issue. I saw she had it in a window before. I moved it to a shelf with minimal indirect sun after reading how low maintenance they are. hopefully it bounces back
