How do you water your house plants? I was putting them under the faucet, filling and then letting drain before putting them back in the window, but I think this is water-logging them. The soil will stay damp for 2 weeks sometimes. Do I give less water? Add more holes? Both?

Give the plants more light. Grow lights if you need to. If it isn’t getting enough food (light/photosynthesis), the roots will become to weak to absorb the water.

It’s directly in a west facing window. It gets a lot of sun in the afternoon.

Ok, I added some perlite to the soil and repotted it. I hope that doesn’t kill it 😬

This is how my poor plant looks right now. I hope it’s not too late.

Been using a grow light and monitoring this plant closely. It is looking much better already!
