Hello!! I inherited this Chinese Evergreen at work. I don’t believe it has ever been repotted, but there is lots of growth, but also these brownish / yellowish spots on some leaves. I think it is also flowering! Any suggestions on next steps? Should it be repotted? Or is it too crowded? All feedback is welcome :)

I looks very healthy. The brownish/yellow spots are from excessive minerals in the soil. So if it hasn’t been repotted in a while, that would make since. You can gently pull it out of the pot, making sure the dirt ball stays intact and check to see if the plant is root bound. If so, it’s time for a repot. And yes that’s a flower! Just a rule of thumb that a plant will not flower if it’s not happy. So flowering is always a good sign that you have a happy plant.

It looks great! I also see many pups and offshoots, so maybe repot it and propagate it for some more plants! I feel it is so satisfying watching your propagations grow!
