I finally worked up the courage to move some pothos cuttings into pon (thanks to the Planta user for suggesting that medium!) Fingers crossed!! 🌱🪴

Loving the learning and transition to Pon! Tip: I highly recommend using/adding Dyna-Grow Super Thrive Foliage-Pro (hydroponics fertilizer) and/or Clonex solution to your Pon water. Also, adding Mycorrhizal to all your plants is super benifitial!

Do you suggest that I get (or make) a self watering pot or water like I would with soil?

Since you already have water roots (as opposed to soil roots), you could actually do a clear closed vessel. Or a self watering pot would also work. The watering Pon like soil method (with drain holes) is really only if you are trying to transition a plant from soil. Hope that helps!

…if you do a closed vessel method, just only fill your pot up to about 1/3 way up, no more. The pon will soak upward whats needed to roots.
