*This picture is not an accurate representation.* For a while, whenever I watered my plants, I used filtered water. Whether it was fertilizer or regular water, I made sure to filter it. Lately I haven’t been using filtered water because it’s time consuming. I think my plants could be responding to it negatively. There’s still new growth happening but not nearly as much as when I used filtered water. I’m going to switch back to filtering my water but I guess I just wanted to vent to people who get it. Thanks plant peeps.

I fill up tons of clean milk gallons and apple juice containers and let the water sit out a day before I use the water on my plants to filter out the chemicals and they have been responding well to that, less money but time consuming to make sure I always have water waiting for them! You got it girl ❤️

Leaving tap water out overnight is for sure a good thing to do (i do it), but fyi, it only allows off gassing of the chlorine in the water… the rest of the bleep bleep in there will remain. 🤓

Yup. Water quality makes a HUGE difference in surviving vs thriving! Tap water is absolutely terrible in most places. I just bought a PH testing & up/down solution for my water too, cause I just learned that if your PH is off from what the plant likes, it won’t be able to absorb the nutrients you are giving them! Geeezz… lol. Turning into such a plant geek! Love it. And I feel your pain!

I used distilled water - it’s not as expensive as filtered and my plants really respond better to it.
