Help! My Ingrid Liz Ivy has been growing overall but every few days more leaves are turning brown and just breaking off at the soil level. It’s never in direct sun, only indirect light. I water it and mist it every time the app tells me to, but do I need to do it more often? Too much light? Not enough?

If the leaves are soft and sort of mushy, it could be overwatering.. if they are crispy it could be too much sunlight.

When I put the water meter in today before I watered, it said it was right on the line between dry and moist.

I’d probably stop misting it-and maybe try bottom watering for a bit until it’s better. Your soil looks really wet.

Keep her more in low to medium indirect light and don’t water until soil completely dry. And I would skip the misting. But some of the leaves coming off may just be old leaves dying to focus energy on the new ones so I wouldn’t worry too much :)
