Can anyone tell me if this will turn into anything. It’s a monstera. It’s been sitting in a mason jar of water for about 2 weeks I believe. It looks like new growth to me but I am unsure bc I think I forgot to take before photos. New plant mom! Just not sure if I’m wasting time or not! Or if anyone has better advice for propagating, I’m all ears 🌱
Try planting it in soil.
좋아요 1개I did the same thing and propagated in water. Then I planted them in soil after. Be patient. It will grow. Do not overwater. 1 cup or less is enough ever 7-8 days.

Agree. It will take some time but it will grow. This one was once just a stump with no roots that I put in soil, water propagation would’ve probably been easier. Took a bit to push out leaves as it was busy developing its root system.
Oh thank you!! I was really believing it was growth but since I’m a new plant mom I’m also not sure as to what I’m looking for with what plant!
