Does anyone have any tips on keeping this little spotted begonia alive? I keep it on the Planta watering schedule and near humidifier and preferred light.. all his plant friends with similar needs are thriving but he’s just meh…is it me or him??

I have one that is thriving and it’s not getting a lot of light .. not sure if I can post a pic in this comment for you ? Also do not water it often but do check it with a water meter ..

planta often advises to water your plants too frequently. maybe do some more research on when she should be watered? it could be overwatering or root rot.

Yes I agree! This is actually a recommendation for planta. Maybe make the watering schedule a little further apart.

I have a couple of these (this is the ‘flamingo Queen’ variety). I live in PA (so dry in the winter) but I do not have a humidifier and not an issue. These do better in a good deal of indirect light. As mine got bigger (almost 3 feet tall) I do find I have to water more than planta suggests so I had to move it to a custom schedule. I took a cut into work, and it’s just doing so poorly as compared to my plants at home. It looks kind of like yours, pale. There, it lives on the east facing windowsill. I also would make sure to fertilize the cutting. I use fish fertilizer for all my plants.
