i have never had an issue with my pilea up until 3 days ago, literally from one day to another it started dropping ALL of its leaves rapidly, i water it regularly and always use the chopstick method, so it wasn’t over watered, i even water it with some plant food. i staked it up yesterday because it started to really droop. any takes on what happened??? :///

That’s so sad :( it looked so beautiful before!!! My best advice is unpot it and looks at the roots. If the stem was drooping that makes me think overwatering, but you said you used the chopstick method and Pilea tend to like it more on the wet side so I could be wrong, but looking at the roots will tell you. One more tip, the chopstick method is pretty trusty but I like to have several method so I can know for sure when my plant wants water, Pilea (and most peperomia) will tell you when they want water because their leaves will be more bendable/squishy. Best of luck 🤍

I don’t know what’s causing this but if it is overwatering, give it time to recover. I saved a plant with root rot from a discount store and it took four months for the new leaves to start sprouting. Good luck!

    Lighting may be a problem.
