Does anyone have any idea on what I should do to help this peace lily? I first got him about a week and a half ago. He is a baby plant sprouted from his mother, and the pot that he came in didn’t have any drainage holes. So, I repotted him again about a week ago in a new pot with drainage holes. I think the reason why his leaves are so droopy is because he is really stressed out from being repotted twice within the span of two days, and he’s slowly getting a little bit better, so i don’t know if I should just give him more time or something else. The other bump in the road is that his soil is still very wet, even though he was watered over a week ago. So I am not entirely sure in what to do. I have fertilizer I could give him, but that might be too much. If someone has any ideas, that would be very helpful!!

It sounds like your soil doesn’t have enough drainage, the top layer should be over to dry out over the course of a week

If you leave the plant in the moist soil, it will develop root rot

It should perk up. Just be sure the drainage hole isn't blocked. They love bright light, but not direct sunlight. I have one that is very full, but didn't get blooms. It was in a north window. I moved it to an east window. It has many lilly's now! Be patient and allow it to settle into its new pot! 😊

On top of what everyone else said, I wouldn’t fertilize right now. It’s too much after the double repot.

You could try to take some hair out of your brush & bury it in the soil. Hair cuttings are a great source of nitrogen & might kickstart the rebound process. Coffee grounds are great for lilies, too.
