Alocasia mythic ninj
Just picked up this alocasia mythic ninja and spotted that one of the leaves had rotted so I got rid of that leaf and took out all the mushy parts. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do next?

PlantswithomarWhat I would suggest is trying to remove all the old soil washing the roots as much as possible and putting new soil and not water it for a day or 2

By the way great work on getting rid of bad leaves best thing that you could’ve done before infection spreads

BzI would also split them into 2 pots. It looks like the plant on the left is pretty healthy. Otherwise it sounds like you are doing the right things.
