Hello everyone, I was hoping I could get some advice for my chameleon zz some brown edges and tips. Any advice would be appreciated!! Thank you

    Did the plant come like that? It could be either too much direct sun (if you have it right up against a south window or it’s outside) or inconsistent watering. (Not fully saturating the soil each time you water) remember overwatering is when you water it too frequently, not too much. Can’t be humidity I think because ZZ plants DONT require much humidity at all.

      Thank you so much for your advice, definitely not too much sun. I think it may be I am not giving a good water. I have 6 other zz plants and none of them ever did this. This is my only chameleon zz.

      Okay so if you think it’s the water just remember to either bottom water every couple weeks or however often you water or if you top water literally put it under the sink & completely soak it.

      I actually learned recently that if you start bottom watering it, a layer of salts builds up at the top and turns it into a poison wash if you ever decide to start top watering it again.
