A YouTuber mentioned POTHOS releasing growth hormone into their water during propagation and said putting clippings into other propagations would be helpful. The only thing I’ve found to substantiate it is this link of people asking about it. Anyone know if this claim has any merit? Reddit post is named Do_pothos_cuttings_help_speed_up_the_root_growth/
I’ve heard the same. I’ve got some cuttings in water now, I should start another cutting in the same just to see what happens. 🤔

I’ve heard this as well, but I’m not sure on the science behind the claim. It kinda makes sense.
いいね 1件I put pothos cuttings in 2 separate containers with string of hearts and only 1 had significant root growth. Not sure if 1 was more willing to grow or if it actually worked.
