How often are you watering? Also it looks like it might be getting too much sun, but it’s hard to tell. Do you have a “before” pic when you first got her?

The dried up petals might be old ones that naturally die off from the bottom, but you might wanna check the soil and roots. As for the drooping, it could be from overwatering or the stress of entering a new environment if she was indoors when you bought her and recently planted outside. I personally keep mine indoors in the south window. The other possibility might be that she’s just getting a little too heavy and might need to be repotted, given how many branches you’ve got in that pot. Repotting it into a new pot at least 2in larger in diameter could help. If you really wanna rule everything out, you can check the soil and roots for pests or root rot. Hope this helps.

If you don’t mind my asking, is it a very shallow pot (like a dish rather than the usual “cup” shape), or just in a pot that is on the soil outside? If it’s in a shallow dish, it might be that there’s simply not enough room for the plant to grow and develop the roots, and that with little soil separating water from the roots when watering, the roots might be receiving too much water from waterings, even if you are watering according to the app.

I think it’s a golden sedum so the yellow and spaced leaves are normal for that plant. I checked your profile and saw you had it labeled as echeveria. Double check that. Dropping of lower leaves can be normal, but a lot of dried leaves and droopy stems are a sign it needs to be watered more.

Soil that is holding onto too much water can also cause drooping and leaf drop. A few questions to be able to help more… Are the lower leaves looking a little transparent? What soil? What kind of pot? Drainage hole? How often do you water it and how do you decide when to water it? For example, when planta tells you to, or when the dirt or plant looks a certain way, etc.

If it is a golden sedum, they love sun so that’s probably not the problem.
