   The white variegated part that’s gone brownish won’t go back white again, your have to wait till some new leaves grow. Also that pot looks a little bit to big for the size of the plant

     Some ppl add silica to the rooted area to help the health of the variegata part, also there is a few other things to add to roots to help it, I use root crack
