Does my Medusa head cactus need a repot? Would repotting it harm the new plant that's growing at the bottom?

    I would recommend gently tapping the plant on something until the soil gets more loose. After that I would take out the part that’s growing and put it in a different place so it doesn’t get suffocated. Def needs a bigger pot
