Found a huge lot of constellation monstera plants at target and by far this was the best looking one Any tips or tricks on how I should take care of this monstera? Repot it right away or isolate it.. I watered it and sprayed it with neem oil incase it had bugs. I’d like to give this plant a good routine so it’ll grow to be very large

You have a plant with a lot of variegation and for that reason I suggest a silica supplement. It’s supposed to make the plant less vulnerable to stress. In other words help avoid those large lite areas from turning brown. Strengthens cell walls I believe. I use it on all my plants.

There are many to choose from at Amazon but this is what I use. It’s also available in a smaller size. I use it with every watering. Even use on my succulents.

Personally, I always change out the soil after I get a new plant. It’s good time to get in there and look at the roots. You’ll see if you need to trim off and treat root rot- repot because it’s root bound or even treat for bugs you might not have seen otherwise. You don’t always need to size up the pot though.

When I got my first Thai con I let it acclimate for a least a day or two and then repot it. Here is a little care list! ——— Light - bright indirect light (grow light recommended.) Water- very sensitive to overwatering (especially with high variegation) make sure at least the top two layers are dry before watering. Fertilizer (do not start right away)- for faster growth fertilize with a slow , gentle fertilizer every week (or recommended use on package.) Humidity- needs to be 60-80% (humidifier highly recommended) Repotting - repot in a chunky soil mix and a pot with good drainage. ———————

I’ve had one for about 6 months by now and it has produced so many healthy leafs, I just water when the soils gets dry and I’m going to start using fertilizer soon. I put it next to my window and it gets bright indirect sunlight. There pretty easy to care for.
