Today at the home and garden show I got an Aloe Vera and a Crassula Ovata (linked below). I am worried that I am going to kill my new babies, so if you have any tips I would love to hear them. 🌱

For succulents, I’ve just put them outside and water when the soil is completely dry. They are very low maintenance, I’ve repotted my aloe once or twice and I’ve had it for almost 6 years

The Jade plant (Crassula ovata) *does* like direct sunlight, but can also be sensitive about it, so you have to find the right place. If it gets too much, the leaves can turn pink. Move it somewhere cooler, and they’ll go back to green.

That’s really helpful because when I got the plant the seller said that they are just naturally pink ish and that it is a *rare* color
