Hi Holly here I have a question i have a monstera plant thats growing weird you'll see the pic in a sec one of the stems is growing off to the side and it did produce a new big leaf how can I fix it or should I just leave it be thanks for any advice
So what should I do about the weird stem thats growing wrong

Fix the lighting issue and with time tighten that leave in the right direction.

Hope that it will move towards the light and if it doesn’t you can always cut that leaf off if it’s causing an issue with the amount of room it’s taking up. Sucks though cause that leaf has the most variegation. So let’s cross fingers that it will try to follow the light
