Hey all. I got a Peperomia Pink Lady from Facebook marketplace and it was given to me in a clear plastic container with pon and no drainage holes. Iāve had it for about a month and the center leaves seem like theyāre doing okay overall, but some of the leaves on the outside have been drooping. I donāt think itās from lack of water since the pon is holding onto the water longer since thereās no drainage. Does anyone have guidance on what I can do to help this plant? I really want to transfer it to another pot with drainage and chunky soil but Iām worried repotting it will shock it / do more harm than good. I have it in a west facing window about 8ā away from the window and the blinds partially closed during the afternoon to keep the sun from scorching it, and a small humidifier near it that runs during daylight hours.
