Hey all. I got a Peperomia Pink Lady from Facebook marketplace and it was given to me in a clear plastic container with pon and no drainage holes. I’ve had it for about a month and the center leaves seem like they’re doing okay overall, but some of the leaves on the outside have been drooping. I don’t think it’s from lack of water since the pon is holding onto the water longer since there’s no drainage. Does anyone have guidance on what I can do to help this plant? I really want to transfer it to another pot with drainage and chunky soil but I’m worried repotting it will shock it / do more harm than good. I have it in a west facing window about 8” away from the window and the blinds partially closed during the afternoon to keep the sun from scorching it, and a small humidifier near it that runs during daylight hours.

I think you’ll be better off repotting. Be careful with the roots and try to disturb them as little as possible

Thank you. I ended up repotting into a smaller clear nursery pot because the roots were much smaller than the container it was in. Used a 50/50 potting soil / perlite blend, gave it a bottom water, and now we wait and see. I also took a few cuttings in case this continues to go south 😭
