This is my coleus I started several weeks ago, and I don’t know when she needs to be repotted. I know she’s still a little small, but they’re getting too big for the bag. Am I okay to just leave them out of the bag or do they still need their humidity?

If they have roots, which they surely do, its a good time to take out the ones which have their second leaves. High humidity can do more harm than good at some point.

No problem! And be aware that they will probably lose their first set of leaves sometime in the near future 👍

Acclimate to roim temperature by opening the bag little by little until its fully out.

Too much humidity at this stage can cause damping off. Best to transplant them when they have at least one set if not too of true leaves.
