I just figured I would show this to you guys because seeing is believing. I purchased this plant yesterday…. Yesterday!!!! This morning I woke up and I had two beautiful new leafs unfurling. I’m a new plant mom so everything excites me. The fact that this plant had no new leaves when I purchased it and overnight she just bloomed like this. Let me know that I am doing everything correctly. 🥹 just thought I would share. This is a Pink Princess philodendron. When I first got her, she didn’t have any pink leaves, but I trusted my gut and I woke up to two pink babies waving at me

      I think I almost put her back!! All of the other plants were damaged so badly. She was the only one that didn’t have much damage, but she didn’t have any pink. I said I’ll get it anyway and maybe she’ll grow some pink leaves and look. The very next day. 🥹

      That's so precious!!! I have this problem where i end up with the saddest looking plant from the nursery's selection because I want to "save" it. 😖 Often ends up being a waste of time and effort, but the few times it has been successful were oh so rewarding!

      See being that I’m new to this, I like to get the plants that are somewhat thriving and I like to see if I can keep them thriving 🥴😂 I thought about getting one that’s damaged and trying to save it but my poor little empath heart can’t take the disappointment. But I’m glad some of yours grew for you, that’s amazing.
