Any suggestions for if your bamboo in water, water always smells?? I change it once a week and have river rocks in to keep the bamboo upright? Is there something I should add to my water?

    Check for rot in the bamboo. Rinse with hydrogen peroxide. Clean the container and rocks with warm soapy water.
