    I’m a sun gro cactus and succulent mix fan and I add orchid bark depending on the plant

    Target’s succulent and cactus mix, because it’s bone dry in the bag and never feels all damp and squishy like miracle grow/all purpose soil is. Then coarse perlite and orchid bark to add in depending on the plant

    I like Black Gold all-purpose and cactus/succulent blends . Clean, doesn’t harbor pests, and I’ve never had problem with root rot. I typically mix the two above-mentioned types together and my plants are all really healthy.

    I make my own. I use a mix of coco coir/coco chunks, large perlite, vermiculite, and fir bark fines for most plants. For succulents, I use coarse sand and poultry grit added to whatever moss/succulent mix I have laying around, in varying proportions.
