Does anyone know what’s in this or know how it works? These are ice packs used to deliver my medicine, which must stay refrigerated. I get that nitrogen promotes leaf growth, so conceptually I get it…but not really. I’ve used it on outside plants and it seemed to make no difference 🤷‍♀️. Thoughts on inside plants??

I checked the manufacturer’s website for the Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). It’s attached They don’t list their ingredients. They state it’s a trade secret. I’ve seen others stating they directly contacted the company representatives who stated the NPK is 0.1-0-0. The benefits are negligible to plants. Plus, you don’t know the chemicals used to create the nitrogen. I would not put it on my plants. It’s better to use fertilizers designed for plants with labeled ingredients. Additionally, the product inside is an irritant to skin and eyes. You have to wear gloves and goggles to handle per the MSDS. No smoking around it. I would not tear open the envelope, as their pictures imply, since the risk of eye and skin irritation is documented. I’m weary of manufacturers who use green labels that imply the product is user friendly and environmentally friendly when the use beyond being a cold pack is questionable. They attract buyers who think they can help the environment by buying a product with multiple uses and environmental friendly. They won’t even disclose the generic ingredients.
