Hi! I recently got gifted this ficus plant and I’ve noticed a few things about her leaves. Does anyone know what these are and how to treat her?

    If you have microfiber gloves or towel, you could try wiping the leaves to shine them up a bit. I think what you are seeing is just old damage and you won’t be able to get rid of it. But I’m far from an advanced plant mom
