How do you access and use the light meter on the app. I have a Monstera that was doing amazing and now it looks all wilted. I thought it was being overwatered, but whenever I check, it’s underwater I’ve tried moving it to various places. I just don’t know what to do to make it happy.

You access the light meter by selecting the + sign on the bottom right hand corner of your Home Screen. It’ll open several options and light meter is one of them.

I don't think this is a light issue. I would definitely check the roots to see what's going on. As always I will ask do you remove that inner pot from the cover pot when you water? that would be a must. I don't think it's worth trying to save the branches hanging down. You might be able to propagate from them but I would cut them off at the edge of the pot, propagate what you choose, and hope for the best as far as the main plant goes. When you check the roots if it seems waterlogged I would try to replace as much soil as possible and cut off any mushy roots. You might have to downsize.
