I was given a philodendron prince of orange and it wasn't in good shape when she gave it to me and now its even worse I've never had one so I really don't know what to do its in my window with bright indirect light I water when the app says too and its still dying any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    check for pests, root rot, or any signs of fungus. always always always check the soil before you water, planta has a habit of telling you to water too frequently. this could also be shock from the move. to me this seems like a watering/humidity issue

    I don't really have alot of humidity in my house but I group my plants together and mist them

    I don't think so I haven't changed the soil but it looks good it has the perlite and everything

    Should I take it out of the pot and check the roots

      yes!! check the roots, even if the soil is good you may still be watering too frequently

    If you just repotted it, the soil should be fine. Just sprinkle a little cinnamon in it. It helps keep pests away and is a fungicide.
