Water before you leave and put plants in a large plastic bin and cover the tops with plastic bags (I like to use the compostable bags from the grocery store) . It will help retain moisture and humidity. But depending on what plants you have, you may still want to have a friend come over and check on them 1-2 times.

Ive so far only been gone 2 weeks. But I got self watering pots for some more fussy plants and watered everyone else with a soaking method (hour soak, of almost all the way up the pot). Then used a greenhouse tent, bins, and large 2gallon zipper bags to put everyone that wasn't a cactus or dry succulent. You can buy the self watering ropes off amazon and make your own too.

You could also very easily ask somebody who’s very organised and ask them to keep your plant for the 25 days and water it on schedule!
