Help! None of my plants are sprouting from seeds. It’s been forever (months) and my spearmint, chamomile, and sage are still not sprouting. Any tips?

have you tried some heat? you can use a heating pad to simulate a warmer earth and that usually helps. also high humidity and bright bright light. also some seeds need to be submerged in water before planting.
1 me gustaIf its been months, they may not. But seeds can be fairly resilient and go dormant. I agree to try the heat. Lights a big one too. I recently saw i post on Plant Cell Technology about old seed/embryo rescue. And he put old seeds in a peroxide/sugar/DI (i think there was water dilution) and the peroxide blasted the seed with the oxygen it needs and the sucrose it needs to start growing. So it increased the old seeds sprouting.
