This vine on my Hoya Mathilde Splash keeps growing, but no more leaves are sprouting. What do I need to change?

Have you looked for the care info on Plants? It has good advice on any plant. I don't anything about that plant.

It looks like it may be trying to sprout some leaves?

Don’t hoyas grow the leggy spines before sprouting new leaves? Do you see multiple nodes?

My hoya grows like crazy! I have it in regular potting soil and have to prune it back to keep it from taking over my kitchen. When was the last time you cleaned the leaves? I would start by changing the soil and giving it some intense tender loving care… mine blooms year round and I take 3-5’ cuttings every summer to start new plants.

This is totally normal for a Hoya! They grow the vine out first with no leaves, and then they develop leaves separately along that vine. You can gently wrap the growth around the trellis of the plant to train it. That vine will eventually fill out!
