It’s pretty hard to bring a plant back when it has no leaves because that’s its main wave of getting energy to grow

These will do best receiving full outdoor sun, they are not suited to grow and thrive indoors.

sometimes when the weather is dramatically high or low, they can grow dormant so maybe it’s that? someone also said once a plant has no leaves, it’s really difficult to bring it back, i have blues and blackberries too, they’re tough

they need to be outside. they need at least 8hrs of direct sunlight, and that isn't really possible indoors without very expensive lighting

They were outside I just didn't want to get chased by wasps that are by my door

ohh ok LOL, did you buy them bare-root? sometimes plants will go into shock when transferred, or they could be trying to establish strong root systems before growing leaves.

Eek. I'm not fully educated on berries but I know they want the soil acidic, around 5. Like others said strong lighting too. Goodluck with them! My fingers are crossed for ya.
