   Peperomia hold water in their leaves so if it was quite sudden, it may be under-watering? Equally, overwatering can cause root stress & similar drooping. It could also be temperature if you’ve moved it into a draft, a window at night, a radiator or ac unit, they’re quite sensitive to temperate I think. It looks pretty healthy otherwise, so probably just complaining about a change in conditions

   this doesn't seem like a watermelon to me.. i think you have a pilea. still, check for root rot, fungal infection, anything crawling on the plant. i'd adjust your watering schedule.
