My friendship plant is sprouting two new friends…from the bottom! How should I handle this: repot the big plant and cut them out and put them in their own pot? I don’t really want to repot into a larger pot because I don’t have space, so wondering if I can also trim the roots a bit and repot into the same pot. Thanks for your help!

I ave the same issue. Yesterday I disassemble the entire plant and put 7 babies in sphagnum moss in their own little cups. I repotted the mother plant with fresh soil into the same size pot.

I just scoop my babies out and pot them in a small clear nursery pot with drainage. When large enough, I trot to a larger pot

There are four new babies in this pot. I will wait until they have larger leaves and a sturdier stem before scooping them out.

Thanks for the replies! I also repotted my plant and untangled all the babies, here they are:
