I have white spots all over my roses, just started this morning. No, they don’t wipe off. 😆 The Planta diagnostics says ‘snails’ I don’t see any snails or other pests. Any ideas?

My philodendron had spots like that and it had spider mites. I’m sure that’s not the only reason for spots but that’s what happened to mine.

Snails and slugs are sneaky. They can get active at night and early morning when temperatures are cooler. They can hide in shade when the sun rises. They travel a lot. My photo shows snail trails on my bay window made by three snails. They are crawling through the water condensed on my window when the A/C ran too cold one night. This is about 6 hours of them crawling to create this tributary like image. 🐌🐌🐌 A saucer of stale beer will attract slugs/snails. They like the yeast scent. They get drunk and die in the beer.
