Hi! Im semi-experienced in plants and looking for new plant types. I have a SOP, Croton Mammi, Hypoestes (polka dot), Fittonia, Syngonium (Berry Allusion) and a Sedum Lime Twister (succulent). Any suggestions? I’m looking for a climbing plant to get too, and will have a potted Pothos soon as well. Thanks in advance for any suggestions! Pictures of my current plants below :)

That’s a nice start! And there are so many more to choose from. What about a snake plant or zz plant?

Pamela made a great recommendation; both the ZzZz and the snake plant are easy to care for, don’t need to be watered too often, and are very striking plants. FYI… The black ZzZz is my favorite, and there is also a variegated variety that I would like to get; it is also very pretty. Good luck, plant hunting; it is so much fun as long as you have a full wallet!

PS. Also, check out the ficus plants. I have five different ones, and I love them! They are a bit particular, but I haven’t had any major problems. I think you would enjoy having some of them.

I live in the Pacific Northwest; do you know of any five star online plant shippers in that region? I have had some bad luck with shippers from out of the area. TIA… 🤗💚🪴

I would try local stores if you are only buying one or two plants. No shipping cost or temperature worries. Lowes indoor garden has several hoyas, succulents and other popular tropical plants even with the Christmas decorations on display. I don’t know of any nurseries in your area. Check online. Etsy shows the location of the shop owner and the shipping origin. Check the reviews especially the ones with photos.

TXS for all that info! I think I will definitely check out Etsy, and then be sure to check the reviews, as you suggested. I have a couple plants, in particular, that I would like to find, and Etsy might be a good choice!
