When I got my goldfish plant she was in okay shape but def had some overwatering issues. After a couple weeks of quarantine I repotted her in better soil and she almost died on me. Shes starting to recover and I’m so freaking excited! This plant has been on my wishlist for so long and they are incredibly hard to get ahold of anywhere near my area so I had to special order her from my fav plant shop a few hours from my home. Her name is Sashimi. 😁

I’ve been having trouble with mine also. Bought during summer and bloomed twice. I did some trimming to reduce the legginess. Now I’m dealing with yellow leaves. I’m assuming it’s from overwatering because of the season change. Do you let the soil dry out completely? That’s what I’m trying now. I keep wanting to water but gonna wait longer till totally dry.

Yes I’ve been letting it get fully dry before I even think about watering it. They also need lots and lots of bright indirect sunlight so mine is in a grow cabinet. She really started to recover once she got in there, I had to try a few different spots to give her what she wanted.

My goldfish plant says hello. I find it to be trouble free as it thrives on neglect. Fleshy leaves means no need to water them constantly!

Im finding that to be true, I’ve ignored her other than ensuring she has sun and she’s doing way better
