I am struggling with a bad gnat infestation in my large snake plant and am trying to avoid repotting I’ve tried gnat sprays and a diluted alcohol spray, is there any other method I can try before having to result to repotting? Thanks for the help!

    I use yellow sticky traps that you just stick in the soil and have collect gnats. I’ve had them for about a month or so and it’s got a lot of my gnats and really helped with the infestation. I’ve also heard of people putting mosquito dunks in their water and using that as a way to get rid of gnats but I’ve never tried it before.

    Death drops is what I’ve used in the past. Usually 3 applications and they’re gone. I’d also suggest bottom watering if you notice an infestation in the future. They usually rear their annoying selves when the top soil stays to wet. Another culprit is miracle grow soil.

    You can use mosquito dunks or you can hire some nematodes to assassinate the gnats children
