Anyone else uses a humidifier for Monstera plants, if so how long do you usually keep it on ( don’t want to over do it 😭)

    I do but I have one that I set to 60% humidity and tracks it so it only turns on when the humidity in the house is lower than that so its pretty convenient. Without that option, you usually want to run one for 8 to 12 hours a day but it all really depends on the size of the humidifier and the size of the room. Otherwise I'd get a humidity meter, stick it on the wall and turn it off when the room gets to 60%. You don't want your house in higher humidity than that as it can risk you getting mold or mildew.

    I’m of the notion that anything that is “tropical” wants MORE humidity. Plants will do best if we can mimic their natural environment. I run mine from the time I wake up until I go to bed.
