I got an imperfect mystery box and all of the plants had passport tags except this one. I thought it could be a variegated rubber plant but the app said it was a variegated ZZ. Any ideas?

Definitely not a zz plant it looks to be some kind of Hoya and there seems to be three different individuals in there. The heart shaped one is the sweetheart Hoya.
1 likeOhh it’s all the same plant. Like it’s all on the same stem.
0 likesYa, I am pretty sure it is Hoya Australis.

I think so. The Lisa because of the variegated parts
0 likesYa there the same plant this a little guy I planted on it’s own with a tuber attached.
1 likeBased on the lower leaf variegation and shape I’d say its a Hoya Lisa, with the upper leaves reverting back.
2 likesYa it is Hoya Australis and the reverted leaves and that mutant leaf confused me at first.
0 likesAnything I can do to get the variegation back? I assume the reverting is why it was in an imperfect box.
0 likesYa give it lots of indirect bright sunlight or put it under a grow light and the new leaves will be variegated.

0 likesYou would normally cut it below the leaf node of the last variegated leaf. Sometimes the new growth will be variegated again like my Philodendron Rio where the center stripe disappeared. I just cut it below the last leaf with a big striped. The new growth has stripes. The reverted propagations stayed plain. Insufficient light can make the variegated plants revert.
