He looks fine to me. And a lot of plants like to be crowded. If you repot, only go up 1” in diameter. But he looks healthy to me. Here is mine. 3 years old and no spiders or “babies” I’m not even sure it’s a spider plant, but was labeled as such when I got him.

NunyabzwxYours is called a "Bonnie Spiderplant" its curly. I love them! Mine went from curly to straight bcz not enough light so it reverted,

Your Spiderplant looks fine to me too. I wouldn't change anything unless the soil is bad or old but it doesn't look like it needs a repot.
