Hi! I have a question about the app itself lol. I had three prickly pear babies propagating. They grew enough to be planted, so I combined them. Is there a way to combine three plants into one plant in the app without loosing the plant progress??

Hi there, Propagation, whether on purpose or accidental, and the creation of a plant record in Planta is a dilemma that I struggle with too. In October 2021 I had 1 Prickly Pear Pad that’s Myself and a friend snipped off of our neighbors overflowing plant. Then in the summer of 2023 I snipped another pad off of the same plant. Both pads produced many more pads. Like many many more pads. If I was you, I would send to the graveyard, or delete all but one of the records, and in the plant name put the date all three pads were born. When there are enough pads that I can fill a whole pot I then create a new plant record and I change the name of the plant to what it is plus also prefix with wording and dates. Examples: - Prickly Pear (cutting 2021) - Prickly Pear (cutting 2023) - Prickly Pear (mult cuttings 2024) - Prickly Pear (orig cutting 2021 & 2023) - Zombie Aloe Vera 2020 This way I know the when of all things. That’s just a suggestion.
1 me gustaSame feedback I have expressed due to having two or more plants in a pot and kinda guessing on “how big is it?” Well, one is a foot, the other is fourteen inches. IDK
