Curious to see what everyone else shares šŸ™‚ What are plants in your collection that seem to be thriving even though it is notoriously known as a difficult plant or you know you’re not giving the best conditions to? Pictured from a week ago is my Calathea Fasciata. I’ve had it for almost 8 months now and got it on a whim at Home Depot knowing a thing at all about it. Have it about 6 feet from a slightly obstructed south window, miracle gro potting soil (with only perlite and drain hole for drainage) and a pot that might be touch large but it has been thriving! It continues to push leaves. Already on its 7 or 8th this season!

And the second one is my Rattlesnake Calatheas. This was my second or third plant. I didn’t know anything how difficult Calatheas were known to be. But she never gave me any problems and is 3 years old now

I have a Stromanthe Triostar that was difficult until I put her under a grow light. She hasn’t given me any problems since!
