Put a wooden plank in the back of the pot leaning against the wall and secure the plant to it for support.

1 me gustaI think there are two things happening: 1) the plant is getting top heavy and 2) the leaves/vines look limp. The weight issue can be addressed with structure as already recommended. Check online for the various ways to restrain monsteras to find one that fits your needs. You could get a heavier outer pot like a ceramic pot to keep the plant from toppling after other structure is added. The second possible issue is the limp condition. That can be caused by several factors including over or under watering, insufficient light and root bound conditions. Place it in front of a window to get direct light or add grow lights. I recommend checking the roots. Monsteras can easily become root bound especially when aerial roots tap into the soil which seems to be happening with this plant. No need to repot if no root bound exists. Repot if the soil is slow draining. Add extra perlite or other aggregates to help drainage. 🍀🪴

0 Me gustaUse thick heavy ceramic pots. It appears to me that the plant needs a lot more light. The small solid leaves don’t justify the very long stems. And very few fenestrations is a sign of not enough light. So you may have more compact growth with more light.
