Water weekly and weakly. Cut off dead growth. I’ll bet there are dead roots in the pot. You could repot to see if it bounces back but you would have to cut those flower stocks down. There are many videos on you tube. Do not go up in pot size; this guy likes feeling the edge of the pot

Only trim roots if they are soft and mushy or light and crispy. Don’t go off color. You actually need to feel them. Let it dry out between watering. The roots need to go silvery/white

Also be careful not to get water in the crown… this can cause crown rot

The flower stems die once the flowering has finished. You can cut it off at the base and the plant will grow a new one next flowering season.

Yep cut off wilted flowers. And when watering, make sure you get the roots (they are silvery when dry and turn dark when wet). Use orchid bark if you repot (they need excellent drainage.) Don't worry about getting the soil/bark wet during watering; the roots are all that matters. Watch for root rot. Orchids enjoy occasional misting

Cut the flower stalk at the base, where it starts to come out of the plant. Then remove the whole plant from the pot. Tease away the stuck bark chips and give that root system a good looking over. I like to use styrofoam packing peanuts during the repotting process. I shove a few up into the center of the root ball then I pack bark around the plant. The styrofoam does not hold moisture so the most vulnerable part of the root ball stays dry. To water, I dunk the plant in RO water once a week. I make sure to pour off retained water. Now find a good place to let him chill. They like light, but if you hover your hand over it a foot away and the sun casts a defined shadow on the plant, the light is too intense. Idk about using a grow light
