They’re so fun! I was immediately attracted to the coloring, my husband even told me it looked like dinosaur patterns 😂

Any tips on how to grow them? Because I haven't been very successful with them.

I’ve just been keeping them outside, part sun part shade, watering when the top layers of soil are dry to the touch and I have those miracle grow plant stick fertilizers in them, all of these are very sun tolerant though, I know other variations are more fussy .. I’m in Ontario so right now they’re thriving outside but I’m going to bring them in before frost hits and I have a grow light set up.. but this’ll be my first winter with them..

I have a 30 watt grow light for mine, and I keep him indoors year round because I live in a really hot area.

Maybe I’ll also struggle with the grow lights, I’ll check back in a month when they’re inside and let you know if I am also having trouble 🙃

I have not grown from a seed though, but my two smaller coleus are from a friends mother plant and she rooted stems in water for me

You definitely should try growing from seed, they grow so fast
